Reconstitution Calculator

Convert peptide mass, solvent volume and dose into syringe units. All calculations are for research / laboratory preparation only.

Units are calculated on a standard 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe. Always double-check your math against the vial label before preparing anything.

How the math works

Concentration = mass ÷ solvent volume. Dose volume = dose ÷ concentration. On a standard insulin syringe, 1 mL = 100 units, so each unit delivers concentration ÷ 100.

Example: 5 mg peptide in 2 mL BAC → 2.5 mg/mL. A 250 mcg dose = 0.1 mL = 10 units.
