Overview
Oral-BPC is a commercial product format that presents BPC-157, a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a sequence found in human gastric juice, in an oral delivery form. BPC-157 itself has a genuine but almost entirely rodent-based research literature on gastrointestinal ulcer healing and tissue protection (covered in the main BPC-157 entry). This specific oral or expanded formulation, however, has no independent peer-reviewed data: its coating, dosage form, and bioavailability are vendor-defined, and oral absorption of peptides is generally poor and uncharacterized for this compound.
