Retatrutide

Retatrutide is an investigational peptide designed as an agonist at all three incretin-related receptors: GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon. Mechanism

Activation of the GLP-1 and GIP receptors drives appetite reduction and improves glycemic control, while the glucagon component is proposed to increase energy expenditure. Dosing
